Refund policy

If something is wrong with your order If your tee arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. We'll cover the return cost if there is one.

This sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand) and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here takes those rights away.

If you've changed your mind Because every tee is made just for you, we can't take back items just because of a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colour preference. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before you order and we'll help.

How refunds work Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to show.

Cancelling an order Email us as soon as you can. If printing hasn't started we can cancel it and refund you. Once printing has started we can't.
