About these terms These terms cover buying from the PlantPower online shop. By placing an order, you agree to them. The shop is run by GR & LJ Carr Partnership, NZBN 9429045108211, in New Zealand.

Who can buy Anyone over 18 can place an order. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy for you.

Prices and tax Prices are in New Zealand dollars (or Australian dollars at checkout for Australian customers) and include GST where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout.

Orders When you place an order we'll email you a confirmation. That email means we've received your order. We may cancel an order if there's a pricing error, a product problem or a payment issue, and we'll refund you in full if that happens.

Product pictures We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary. Printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Our characters and artwork Plantpowerman, the Power Team, the Plant Power Kids, the Gas Gang, and all related characters, names, artwork and story content are owned by us. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the right to copy or sell our artwork.

Payments Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Your rights Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act (New Zealand), or the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you ordered are the ones that apply to your order.

Governing law These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
