Where we ship We ship to New Zealand and Australia. More countries are coming soon.
Made to order Every PlantPower tee is printed just for you, so there's no stock sitting on a shelf. That's better for the planet, and it means your order takes a little longer than a shop-bought tee.
How long it takes
- Printing and packing: usually 2 to 7 working days
- Delivery after that: New Zealand about 5 to 10 working days, Australia about 7 to 14 working days
These are estimates, not promises. Busy times like Christmas can be slower.
Shipping cost The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Orders with more than one item Items may be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels. You won't be charged extra for this.
Wrong address Please check your address before you pay. If it's wrong, email us straight away. Once an order is printed we can't always change it.
Customs and duties (Australia) We don't expect you to pay anything extra on delivery, but if your local customs charge anything, that's the buyer's responsibility.
Lost parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us and we'll sort it out. Please tell us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can follow it up with the printer.
